It is cold in KYOTO

It is very cold today in Kyoto.
Today, the Japanese calendar, "syoukan(小寒）" says.
"syoukan(小寒)" is the most severe cold or before it is applied around the cold means.



 
City of Kyoto is not particularly cold, there is no other than the land.However, we are coming from cold feet. Therefore, we feel very cold.
